The Offspring has finished their latest album, now they need to figure out how they will release it. Noodles in a recent interview says “we have a record done-it’s in the can. We’re looking for distribution, we’re looking for a record label, amd every time I say something, it gets pushed back, and so I’m not even saying anything. I have no idea.”
The album will be the band’s 10th overall and first since 2012’s Days Go By.
Shinedown have released a new digital EP for “Get Up”. It includes the original version, the piano version and a new acoustic take on the song….. also being released on digital platforms, Grandson have covered “Maria” from Rage for a new single .

Ghost frontman Tobias Forge has opened up about the band’s future and says there may come a time where he’ll abandon singing and just play guitar. Forge says he initially envisioned the band with a lead singer other than himself. “ I wanted to write everything and I wanted to do backup vocals. I just wanted to be the guitar player.” I think singing has worked out pretty good for him.
Jerry Cantrell of Alice In Chains made his debut over the weekend on the HBO’s “Deadwood The Movie”. He appears in a couple of brief shots. He wrote on his instagram that casr member W. Earl Brown got him onto the film and that “I am a huge fan of the show and have become good friends with Earl and Robin Weigert over the poker table and other shenanigans. It was fun being in the background watching the professionals do their thing”
